About Me
Hi, I’m Arinola — a board-certified lactation consultant dedicated to supporting families through one of the most important and intimate stages of life: feeding their babies.
With a deep respect for every family's unique journey, I bring both clinical expertise and compassionate care to help parents feel confident, informed, and supported. Whether you're breastfeeding, pumping, bottle-feeding, or doing a combination, my goal is to meet you where you are and provide guidance that fits your needs and values.
My work is rooted in evidence-based practices, but it's also deeply personal. As a parent of two, I’ve been on my own feeding journeys — and each one was different. I’ve experienced the common doubts: Is my baby getting enough? I’ve also navigated the challenges of a diagnosed tongue tie, learning firsthand how emotional and complex those early weeks can be. These experiences shaped my approach and deepened my empathy for the families I work with.
When I’m not working with families, you’ll probably find me exploring new restaurants around town, having long lunches and brunches with friends, running long distances (my newest obsession), or spending quality time with my loved ones. These passions help keep me grounded and energized, so I can be my best for the families I serve.

In Home Consultations
This personalized visit provides hands-on support in the comfort of your home. The consultation includes a thorough review of your birth experience and health history, both parent and baby. A full feeding observation is done, including a pre- and post-feed weight check to assess milk transfer. We'll evaluate latch and positioning, address any concerns like nipple pain or low supply, and develop a customized feeding plan that supports your goals.

Virtual Consultations
Get expert breastfeeding support from the comfort of your home. This video consultation includes a detailed review of your birth experience and health history, both parent and baby. We'll observe a feeding, assess latch and positioning, and troubleshoot any concerns such as pain, milk supply, or baby’s weight gain. While we can’t do a pre- and post-feed weight check virtually, we’ll guide you on how to monitor effective feeding and offer practical, personalized solutions
